All menus and recipes and method of food preparation disclosed will be considered confidential and shall be respected as confidential. The following items are considered confidential and the preparation of such items are agreed to not be disclosed under any circumstance: [Description of confidential items]
These items and their perspective preparation is protected under trademark [Trademark that protects items].
Upon termination of this agreement, if franchisee should become involved in business of a similar nature within [Grace period not to manufacture similar items] he or she must prove in fact that method of preparation of items being sold or recipes of items being sold are in no way products developed by use of franchisers protected and confidential information
